How better to show your love of beer than to make it a national Icelandic holiday!
The celebration became official in Iceland in 1989 after a 75-year prohibition was lifted on beer.
I have a feeling Iceland will never have a prohibition again.
Celebrations are held nation-wide in pubs, clubs, and restaurants in Reykjavik, and throughout the country.
